All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

As many pieces are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery
• 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Tracked service

Next Day Delivery
• Next working day after dispatch (order by 1pm)
• £6.25
• Fully tracked and signature required

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

We currently do ship internationally.

If international shipping is available:

Packaging

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier. However, if your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Delays caused by couriers or postal services
• Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement (where available) or refund.
